Position: Photographer/Videographer (Short-Term Contract)

About Us: Point Blank Properties is a leading real estate agency based in Dubai, specializing in luxury properties and off-plan developments. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering outstanding results to our clients.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer to join our team on a short-term contract starting from mid-May. While real estate photography experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We value creativity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images and videos of properties, showcasing their features and highlights.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure they meet our brand standards.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging visual content for online listings and social media platforms.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with clients and agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain and organize photography equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate property viewings and shoots.
• Must have own photography and videography equipment.
