After 10 years of experience in Property Management and incomparable achievements in leasing and sales, Maz is now ready to establish Point Blank Properties as market leader in Real Estate in the UAE. Captivated by Dubai’s business landscape Maz’s strengths have always been his clear understanding of the market’s areas of opportunities as well as the mastering of management skills required to complement it. Attributing his success in the industry to the belief that seeking mutual benefit in all human interactions and fostering relationships are the key to long term sustained success, he is more committed to practicing transparency and providing straight forward information to our clients than anyone else in the field.
Feroz Iqbal
Co-Founder
Feroz Iqbal leads the creation of PointBlank Properties. Raised in India, his expertise and track record lies strongly in sales and employment strategy, and he has acquired an impressive portfolio throughout his career. Having always been a people’s person, he set his mind to do well by doing good, therefore creating an empowering training and development program for college students all across urban and rural India. After 8 years of experience in Business Development at Etisalat, advising companies on operations strategy and having started his own share of businesses, he decided to take the plunge and start Point Blank Properties together with Maz Alberiry. His positive property seeking experience led him to believe that other like-minded people would also enjoy similar opportunities. Feroz envisions to connectall services that can enhance the property seeking journey for clients.

Muhammad Khalid is our Chief Strategy Officer, leveraging over 30 years in the banking industry. Formerly a Senior Vice President at a premier Islamic bank, his expertise in real estate financing, administration, and acquisition runs deep. As a driving force at Point Blank Property, he merges his wealth of knowledge into real estate transactions and property management. Adept in process re-engineering, automation, and project coordination, he propels growth and operational excellence. With a customer-centric approach, he shapes strategies for innovation, steering the company towards a future of endless possibilities.
